Important: UPS guarantees delivery times, making it the best option for time-sensitive orders. If you need your package by a specific date, we recommend choosing UPS at checkout.

For high-theft areas, we offer USPS Signature Delivery upon request. If you believe your location is at risk for package theft, please choose the signature delivery option at checkout.

International Shipping

  • USPS International Mail (7-21 business days, varies by destination)
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited & Express (3-7 business days)

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with your local carrier or neighbors.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery but can assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
  • For time-sensitive deliveries, we strongly recommend using UPS, as they guarantee delivery dates.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
